It can easily be used as a daily drive. If the job is done properly then there should not be any complications.

Of course you can use it as a daily drive.

One has to be just be conscious of the extra power available and be responsible on the road.

Hello everyone

I recently noticed that the blowers in swifts are way faster than that in a Zen. Is it possible without any major modifications to change the Zen ac blower to that of a higher end maruti car? I have never seen one, but the blower should just be a fan right? Then a higher rated blower should just require a different fuse at max?

Other question i had was, (based on what i have read on this forum), if the alto's compressor is bigger than the zen's, can i swap them? How much would that cost?

The heat in bombay bothers me majorly and the zen's ac is no good for it, especially in fresh air mode (i smoke).

Ok here is the thing. The estilo which is the newer model of the zen has a smaller compressor than the original zen,but has a bigger condenser and a better blower. The best option for you would be only to replace the blower because the cooling produced by the compressor is good enough. Ask for a blower change i dont think there are any modifications needed for that.

Cheers.

Since the mounts for the esteem and the zen are the same it the best upgrade possible. As for the driveability it gets better with the esteem engine, because the pickup and the mileage gets better.

@manolin: iwas thinking of the same about the zen's a/c problem. Really old zen's a/c is very poor, espacialy if the blow. I had consulted a Suzuki authorised service centre about this subject i'll be geting a reply on this by tomarrow.

let us know about your talks with the authorised center. It would be great if we could come up with a viable solution.

Awesome zen. One thing I understood is vehicle on stock looks great with just a change in rubbers and alloy wheel.

Your zen is grant in looks with that alloy and it looks more beautiful since you have not put the sunfilm too, with only the A- Pillar stickers. And even if you plan to add sunfilm, get slightly light one - rather fully dark one.

I too have the white zen, with black bumpers - really looks awesome right - white zens - aren't they.

And the major query -

Let me know :

1. Tyre upsize you did - the profile size.

2. The mag wheels used. (brand and type name - 5j etc)

thanks
