For those interested in buying the CB350, ICICI bank has an offer of 5.6% interest rate which apparently saves 43000 in interest. They also give out the loan for the full on road price.

Re: The Honda H'ness CB350, priced at Rs. 1.90 lakh (page 6)

I had booked the bike on Oct 1 but wanted to wait until I took a test drive to decide whether to buy it or not. I was in the Lavelle Road area today but there was quite a queue for test rides and I was #5 in the list. As I didnt have the time to spare, I decided to come back some other day.

I currently am 50-50 on whether to go for this. My main use is longer highway runs of between 150-200 km on day rides to multi day tours of around a 1000 km. My current ride is a FZ25 which while it is extremely capable and comfortable for long rides, struggles with the top end and comfortable cruising speeds are 90-100 at most. So, I was looking for an upgrade that will allow me the flexibility of slightly higher speeds and based on whatever information has come out until now, I don't think the Highness is much of an upgrade from my current bike. So, I'm eagerly waiting for a test ride and also ride reports from experienced riders on its capability

True, the H'ness is more of a laid back mature cruiser than an aggressive youngster in quest to conquer the whole world.

I was there too!!! I used the wait time to complete the booking formalities and expecting to take delivery this week. For me it's more of a biking keeda that needs to be scratched in life.
I decided to skip RE (original keeda in life) after going thru detailed vlogs and test drive yesterday. This will be more headache free riding and back to my RX-100 days

Ah, RX 100, a real fun bike with loads of happy memories. Bought my first one in 1987.

Congratulations and all the best. Do post your overall impressions after getting the bike, especially on the fun factor

Ride safe.

Cheers

From the reviews that are available online, & the number from the machine, I don't think CD350 (H'ness) will be an upgrade, unless you are looking it as a step over to something that's again what you can call an upgrade.

The 650 twins are good bet IMO.

However, there aren't many roads in India where you can ride fast & not break law or fear some idiot testing your reflexes & bike brakes.

Re: The Honda H'ness CB350, priced at Rs. 1.90 lakh (page 6)

Good to see deliveries and also TD's in most of the cities. I am following up with JSP Honda in Hyderabad & the update i get is they are awaiting the delivery of the bike for TD as well & the tentative date given is post Diwali. So imaging the TD's post Diwali & the deliveries following & the no of bookings, I think if I book now, my delivery would be early next year.

@Hyderabad BHPians, is anyone following up with other dealer or has good inputs, do let me know ASAP. Eagerly waiting to get my hands on the bike

Thank you for this information. Earlier ICICI announced this for Honda vehicles, but not for bigwing. I even contacted them two days back, but they connected me to Amazon ICICI support as thats the card I carry.
The latter call never got connected.

The offers are only on EMI/loan only. Hope they do extend some of these to the ones who are not availing of
any loan or EMI.

I went to a dealership here in Mumbai today. And I can tell you that the 5.6% interest rate is totally misleading. The actual interest rate comes to about 10.5%. I work in Financial services and can tell their BS on this. Also, the Rs. 43000 saving is on the basis of "what if" you were instead getting this loan at around 16-17% p.a. Further, the Mumbai Big Wing isn't aware of any cashback worth Rs. 5000. I wonder if anyone here on this forum has bought one from the Andheri showroom in Mumbai?

Honda CB350 and Meteor walkaround comparison is already out! Seems Meteor could be the most leaked bike before launch
