Change of mind... Even I liked revenge more than blade. So will have to pick up a revenge in that torisque and Magenta color. I liked it

Yes, I think up to 57 cms is what Revenge "S" is meant

I am in the same situation as you were, I shortlisted two riding jackets one being the Spartan Helios and other being the Cramster Eclipse. Your review on Cramster Eclipse was very helpful, however I had some queries with regards to the jacket before I plonk in my 7K odd on this jacket.

It would be great if you can tell me how comfortable is the jacket during summers (Note that I reside in Mumbai and believe it is better to sweat than to bleed) with the outer and inner linings removed, also how is your experience while riding in the rains. Although you have used it for a short period what is your experience with regards to overall durability and quality of stitch and finish. Looking forward to your advice.

The jacket is water resistant. It cannot be called waterproof as leather can never be, but with all layers on, hardly any water gets in. Also it is a bit heavy with all armour in place as with most good jackets but it is still lighter than original Harley jackets. Also you will sweat inside in peak summer months if you are standstill for long. Once you get moving it is quite comfortable. The overall fit and finish is fantastic though it is still early days in its life-cycle.

Thanks a lot for the prompt reply dkaile, I appreciate it. I will try out this jacket in a week or so by going to the dealer in Mumbai. I have been riding Royal Enfields(CI, AVL and UCE) all this time so am used to heavy stuff, BTW your Harley Davidson Superlow looks super cool.

How good is the cramster bionic knee guard ? I am planning to buy one shortly, unfortunately I am on a tight budget. Off late I have heard / read horrible stories about cramster . If not cramster which one to buy ? It would really help if someone can suggest a decent brand with affordable prices (read sub 2.5K)

Ok, my thought of lines always has been...
- Reliable & Cheap is not Fast
- Cheap & Fast is not Reliable
- Fast & Reliable is not Cheap

Anyway, that's my school of thought. The best option will be is to import one; with so many online purchase options + EMI options & credit cards, its quite easy importing through one of shopping portals. Because, nothing gives you better peace of mind in getting original, genuine stuffs. After all, you're spending this money on you for your protection.

When it comes to Riding gear, what you pay is what you get.

While having a CE rated armor is good, remember that the a good quality CE rated armor matters.Like KNOX. So i would suggest you dig further on what kind of CE armor is that.
