It doesnt even look like a Zen , I'm sure the driver must have suffered head injuries unless he was thrown out when the car started to spin.

i suppose it would have helped if he/she wore the seat belt. Not sure many of us actually use it

I'm sure this is a very rare sighting.

Spotted this Rhino Deluxe ( taxi) near Gurgaon , managed to take few snaps in the sequence mode.

Rhino itself is a rare sighting and an accidental rhino can be a nightmare for the Owner as it would take ages for him to get it back on its wheels due to the poor network.

I shot this early morning so it looked like it happened at night. Not sure about the 2nd vehicle as there was none in the vicinity.

Maybe it rear ended some truck and the truck got away.

Missed this question - yes it was less than 3 months old car then - see the accident date mentioned - August 2005. Therefore got 100 percent insured amount (deducted Rs 500 as processing fee) since it was classified as a total loss.

Car is still with us but a lot of noise gets filtered in to our ears now. We do forget such accidents which is a good thing but we must learn something and hope he has indeed.

Horrible crash. The LPG tank seems to have survived the crash.

A disproportionate number of cars in this thread seem to have caught fire. Aren't cars highly unlikely to catch fire even in case of severe crashes? Or are a lot of pics showing riot affected cars?
