I'm not sure if all drivers need to learn these!!
Of course we wouldn't want our folks learning these. I was more stressing on the bold text of your earlier post I had quoted, which is more to do with vehicular control.

Absolutely the very basics of driving - His license should be suspended!!

But the behavior of the Creta driver is pretty much how a large percentage of our compatriots drive . Needless hurry !!!

Red Signal count down reaches 10 , start moving and honking -WOW 10 seconds saved

Signal turns amber - no don't slow down - accelerate further and risk

You stop at pedestrian crossing I will honk till you move

You slow down to let another vehicle merge or join mad honking is assured

You take a turn indicating well in advance , I will try squeeze in through the inside

Joining main road from bye line - I have the right of the way - let others stop or swerve. I don't care

Getting stuck in traffic is so meh - I am special , I will drive on the wrong side , On top of the divider , footpath is reserved for me

One way ?No Entry ? Let's see who can stop me

I will do all these , but if a bigger vehicle hits me - You gotta have some sympathy for me

It is incidents like this that make me want to fit a small air horn at the back of my car. Any idiot starts honking in his usual brainless mode, I'll also honk back using the horn. It'll at least provide some comedy though expectedly at the expense of some people's hearing.

Looks like the Ecosport is on the wrong side. The CCTV footage.

What the hell is that EcoSport doing on the wrong side?
The poor taxi driver had to suffer for the Ecosport driver's stupidity.

Is this footage available for the Driver and the family of the Indigo? Means a lot to them. A hefty compensation to the cab driver and a rigorous punishment to the ecosport driver and its occupants is required. It's not only the Drivers fault here, even the occupants who did not stop this at first.

This seems suicidal specially on an elevated corridor. But I can't say I am surprised. I have encountered such people on NICE Road multiple times. For them, the extra toll till next exit is more expensive than human lives.

It is a new level of madness in driving. Why waste money on such roads if this is the result.

Many of us have long said that new, improved roads and highways, without better driver training and discipline, will only lead to more accidents and deaths.

I travelled this road last week and parts of it have been closed for traffic (not sure why) making it tricky, when both lanes of traffic are merged on to one side. I would put it down to speeding and not much more.

We used to have plenty of accidents due to speeding when this was a single carriageway too.

Found this on Facebook. A Fortuner being driven at high speed was T boned by an Xcent(?). It jumped and landed on a parked Verna and City parked ahead. CCTV footage of the same can be found in the link of the source below.

Don't get it. Where was the Fortuner driver planning to go. It looked like he had no control over the car while approaching what is essentially a T junction.

Even I was confused as the speed at which he was driving, he was bound to have a bad day because even if he took a left or right at that speed, the car was bound to topple
May be a case of failed brake.

I think he was taking Google maps maybe a bit too seriously, quite some time ago, during a trip it was late night and i was stuck in a block and it showed an alternate route, i followed it up to a point where it told me to go straight over a canal.
