I took a joyride on Nice Road today.
While the speed limits are 120kmph, there is absolutely no lane discipline and near zero botheration on the part of the road users and no enforcement on the part of the authorities.
Thats the danger and the tragedy.
But as you said, no one cares.
You just live, drive and take your chances.
