She is a QA and likes to know how the career growth is, is their company transport available and how is the average yearly compensation factor? Any pointers from you all would definitely help her as she has to join by Wednesday.

My wife spent over a decade in Cognizant from the earliest days of their testing practice, before she took a career break about three years back.

Cognizant has extensive and deep testing expertise available but please note that for testing in any company at all, the demand is going to be for test automation and these days, testing that integrates with devops practices, rather than old fashioned manual testing.

Every large IT corporation has transport available especially with added security precautions, for women. As for compensation, I guess it depends on what package your wife got from those two companies in her offer letters, how many years experience she has and at what level etc.

We are not too concerned about the remuneration but need a stable work environment over the next three years and hence looking for a company which provides a good work environment along with good career growth. She is a dilemma now having multiple offers but looking at CTS and capgemini with Wipro in the mix. She currently has 3.6 years experience and has got a senior QA role in all the companies.

That is up to your wife to decide so if the offers are roughly similar factor commute time into your decision making process and pick the nearest to your home.

My cousin recently moved from Capgemini to CTS but at a managerial level and he has only good things to say about the latter, and not so much about the former. This is mainly with respect to work culture, employee friendliness and so on. Not sure if that is limited to the higher levels or is the same with the technical roles as well.
