Jayesh, those are very good examples of dominant color.

mobike008, it qualifies as far the rules are concerned, but there is no punch in the shot.

How about this one with "black" as the dominant color?

This time the shot is very good, but doesn't qualify. The contrasting object is not black.

Nice shots, but I think none of the images so far in this page qualifies except the last couple of them from jack33.

Others have either the subject in a different color or a messed up white balance that creates a yellow cast which goes as the predominant color. Just my opinion.

@faizal, the shot does not qualify. It appears bluish due to white balance, but otherwise, the moon will be yellow-white, and sky is blue.
