Saw an Nano at Chennai Museum parking.

Even the ribbons are not removed, considering that Nano is out of production since past 3 years of so.

Something interesting I came across, a DL registered Bentley Bentayga spotted in Qatar. The car apparently belongs to someone from/connected to the Qatari Embassy in Delhi. This very car was delivered new to Delhi, very interestingly in LHD format. Further, one can see the radar on the lower grille, which isn't available on India spec cars. Apparently, the car is in Qatar temporarily and will make its way back to India soon. Second image is of the car parked at the Qatar Embassy in Delhi. The plates in the first image have been partially blanked out.

As an Indian employee of an embassy, I was just wondering what's the procedure to get a CDP number plate? Has anyone seen any CDP number vehicles around? And lastly, are they blue background with white text?
