Thanks . I'll definitely ask him and he probably does know about it and will tell him about your collection too. He wants to buy a Honda CRV pretty soon, It'll be fun telling him that his dream car runs as an escort car for you... he he .

Oh by the way that reminds me, I think I saw your CRV in a parking lot at the Chanakyapuri area in South Delhi. Is it a manual transmission ?..... and if I am not mistaken is that the same CrV which was following your LP when you took the delivery?

Yeah and Alchemist reality too right . Good going man. I was just discussing about your fab collection with my cousin who stays in Chd and is also into pharmaceutical manufacturing and he told me about your Empire. I remember he also mentioned that your Dad had a stretch S class. You never mentioned it? Sold or not worth mentioning :-)

awesome collection buddy, wonderful collection. I think the M3 doesnt get the attention because people dont know what is under the hood and what its capable of except us petrol heads. I would have suggested you look into an R8 V12 TDI but i hear they are not gonna build it but there is still the option of the audi Q7 V12 TDI. Then you would also owns a car with one of the most powerful and most award winning diesel engines ever. Drive safe and if your ever in mumbai please let us know.

Update for my friends here. The rims / tires / rear diffuser / pulley kit / exhaust / lowering springs will be arriving some time next week . Waiting in anticipation for the parts and I can humbly say that this is going to be one heck of an M3 !

Hi Ecks,
Have you ever considered having any of the Jap "Tuners" in your stable? Like a Honda NSX, Supra, a last gen Skyline GTR or an Evo or anything else? If not any particular reason apart from the non availability of the support?

Ecks, If you going to buy a SUV it either has to be the Range Rover Sport 4.2 Supercharged or A Porsche Cayenne Turbo. These will really blend in as compared to a X5 or a Q7.

Personally I find the Q7 looks like a big station wagon. Every time I take a test drive in it, just doesn't give the WOW effect. Even booked a S-line version but soon after 1 more test drive cancelled it. No offense to any Q7 fans/owners.

We do require a good SUV on the stable . So may be some time next year the X5M or the X6M could make way in our stable.

I dont know if I've missed this before but I would love to read a driving report of the Bentley and how easy its to live with? I understand it carries decent road clearance as well.

+1. Given my username, it's the car in your stable I'm most interested in (believe it or not!)

Well it is a brilliant car to begin with. And I speak for the passenger and the driver! Road clearance in never an issue with it. You take it any where, and I mean anywhere ,and it goes on just fine. The suspension can be made stiffer or smoother by flicking a few buttons and rotating a knob.

Power wise , well , the 6000 cc and two turbo's says it all. The engine has a very smooth feel to it. Sort of like a heavy man running like Ussain Bolt if you know what I mean? There is a flush of power when you stomp it , but it feels heavy at the same time , as it should. The brakes leave a little more to be desired as the feedback I need it missing some times .

Comfort wise , it is a class of its own. The 'new-car' smell is still very much in the car , even though it has been more than a year of use.

The road presence of this car is something that you have to see and feel. That is all that I can say at the moment. Ask more questions if required.

Cheers.

Ahh love the note on the Bentley, especially the Leather I am sure it must smell heavenly.

I wanted to know little niggles, on how it compares to the Roller and whats it like living with it. What is the difference in attention you can gauge compared to your other exotics.

I am sure none will mind if you could have a dedicated (or post in this thread) photos of ever car's consoles, mmi/i-drive (whatever you call it) displays, keys and other little tit bits which not many of us would have a chance to see.

Exterior shots and other stuff are common, things like seat adjusters and stuff I am sure all of us would love to see. And what alloys are you getting for the M3?
