Came across a videos and wanted to know if this thing happens often for superbike owners? Just asking from awareness point of view.

This is but...

I do not know the speed limit on the "highway" where he claims to do 95kmph, but I am certain that no place in India legally allows a 2 wheeler to do such speeds. here is a wiki article on speed limits in India

While some are ridiculous - e.g. 20-40 kmph for a vehicle pulling one trailer in Delhi, they are there whether we like it or not.

Yes it does, but not at all places. Sometimes cops want to see the bike, other times they think they can get a good sum. Somplaces one does not even need to be riding, just parked on the side sitting on a bench for the cops to show up and try to harass. This is my personal experience.

I was informed that the bike limit is 80 and cars 120 on the highways, city was 60 for both..i maybe wrong on this.
