Quite possible. There are turbo charged 'Busas which produces upwards of 400Bhp in the Dyno. Turbo charging is not merely slapping on a turbo to the engine. A very comprehensive update is required for almost all the internal parts to withstand the higher power output.

Go through the link (All 5 parts) where he mentions how not to 'blow up' the 400BHPs. Oh, the pun!

It looks like the stickers added way more horsepower than required.

Either way, it doesn't seem like that bike is going to be road legal. Especially considering that the H2R puts out about 300 horses ( I think? ) and is a track only bike.

The turbo apparently has potential to produce upto 450 bhp !

Both of these refer to the same motorcycle. I had read about a turbo busa project too sometime back, have to dig out the source. Out of India though, there have been many successful projects on these hyperbikes.
