I have just joined the forum officially after reading about the monsoon drive for the last 4-5 days.

I have requested "rippergeo" to take me on board this great event that you guys are organising. Would love to meet you folks.

I have been on this route before and it sounds like fun.

I am based in Cochin and I drive the great goddess of guzzle-dom - an Opel Astra. A brief profile exists on the forum- "Introduce yourself"

Hey thanks guys for getting us in with the late confirmation and all, waiting to meet you all...

Plan is to start from here early morning, we should be there at lunch time. Roopak and his two friends(Romin and Shafik) are coming with me.

Raj(brraj), Satya(dont know forum id) and Rahul(mclaren) will be coming in Satya's car.

Was Jai on that list? He said he will be joining the Coimbatore guys to get there.

And what about the other guys from Bangalore? What time are you guys leaving?

Unfortunately, that Panasonic had an untimely death in the forests of Chamrajnagar. Allegedly, in an Absolut induded state, a good friend poured water on it. But he was really nice, he used good "mineral" water though.

We - Bombatt and wife, me and my wife are coming from Bangalore. We plan on starting at 4.00 AM. Meeting point is Honda showroom on Hosur Road.

We can meet up at Honda showroom on Saturday.
