To and fro will be around 200. So for petrol cars or diesel ones its max upto 20lit of fuel.

for the stickers, we can try the adhesive papers which are available in the market in A4 size, take a print out on it , cut it into pieces and 'chipkau' on the shirts. Also some blank ones just in case___.

we can do that for the next meet.

PS: phew!! i guess this will become the biggest hyderabad meet thread dedicated to a single meet. I guess for the meet report we have to start a new thread. I remember somebody saying "if a thread exceeds 10 pages, its expensive to manage" (something like that)

Pretty much all set to go.....

Well looks like we are all set with ideas and propositions and route charts and items to carry etc...but dont forget the music guys!
Only thing that is not in our control is the weather Let's all pray to the rain gods to make sure it rains so that we can enjoy the 'Monsoon Drive' during the Monsoon instead of Summers (feels like Summers again for the past 2 days).

If it rains i'm gonna be listening to some nice Floyd and Doors - preferably 'Riders on the Storm' kind of stuff!

Great idea, but don't you think it'll look like we are going to a business conference?. However, for this time, let's keep it simple, just a name on a white piece of paper with a dark pen.

as for the pics, get your DLSR for sure this time. We had a tough time trying to capture the wide angle pics. My cam was only 5.7 to 57 mm and ravis's was 6 to 72 mm. I guess yours being 18 to 55mm should be taking better wide angle pics!!!

Actually, 18 * 1.5 crop factor = 27 mm. Of course, still better than ours.

Hmmm....For any long distance shots we can always use my Z7590 which has 38–380 mm zoom capability.
