Thanks for the pictures, Himanshu!

I gotta say though, that team-bhp imprint on the pictures is disgusting. I have seen copyright owners doing that so that it can be clearly seen that the pictures are theirs. I have never seen a forum slapping its own logo over pictures that it does not the copyright for.

Awesome pics man....

@Harbir, is it too early to start planning for the next one?

Hmm, let me check my calendar.... Yup. Free any weekend from here to eternity.

I can take them off Harbir, I just thought that it would be in line with the rules here. Am not sure how it works here. What do you suggest? I have the original pics with me.

Aah - Thanks for hiding the numbers. It was getting painful for me to do in MS Paint.

Himanshu, no issues dude.

I didn't mean the little logo at the bottom left. that one is fine. I mean the transparent one super imposed on the image right in the middle. Its faint, but its there and I think it ruins the pictures. but if its team-bhp policy that images must be hosted here and must have that logo so be it.

I'm in. I vote for hitting that last "WRC Rally Stage" bit again, and finding more squiggly bits further north.

Have already started wondering if I'd prefer a Mustang or a Mini Cooper on that bit.

I've been searching for more roads like that. We'll just focus on that wicked stuff.

How would you feel about heading out friday night to a cheap motel, so that we're ready to go hit the twisties as soon as we wake up?

Mini better than mustang, I promise you

Actually, I was thinking about that on the ride back home.... Since Friday night is anyway wasted - you don't do anything cos you have to get up early on Saturday, might as well get the expressway drive out of the way on Friday itself.

Count me in.

ok, done.

I'll chart out a route and find an appropriate motel location so we can make reservations.

Ad,

what route did you end up taking back to NYC? I went 17 to I-87 south, to garden State parkway to route 3 freeway which drops you onto the lincoln tunnel access road.

Wouldnt 87 south bring you straight to NYC, on the other side of Hudson? So that you dont need to get stuck in Lincoln tunnel traffic?

Anyways..great pics guys. Seems you had a lot of fun.

Well..as for me, I got a call from office at 2pm and I was logged in remotely for 4 hrs after that So in a way its good that I didnt join you people.

May be next time !!

I wish I could take you guys out to Ohio 26, probably THE best road I have ever driven in the US, 46 non stop miles of the wildest roller coaster like stuff. but that would require an entire weekend to go out there and back, though we would hit all the other twisty bits between here and there in pennsylvania.

We should do at least one of those this year before it cools down.

And oh yeah, next time, I will bring my ultraportable notebook with a GPS sensor and mapping software. Its much much more powerful than car navigation systems, but obviously somebody needs to be a navigator to hold and operate the computer.

I can be the navigator unless I get hold of a Mini for myself

Advait - How did u add tht mini logo in the corner. I couldnt find the way and hence had to deface the pics with a bigger one in the background :(
