is this meet happening on any of the "business-day" dates or on the "general-public" days?

if on "business-day" dates then how do a non buisness-man gets entry

well, I guess lets put up a date here, so that people who are planning to come from outside Delhi can plan accordingly.

I second Suman da's Suggestion for Friday, as people who want to attend the expo in business hours can do that on Friday and attend the meet in the evening, and for those who want to do it in normal hours can do the same on Saturday.

Finally I see so many confirmations.

Shashank - I'll put up the dates in a week or two. Lets get a few more confirmations. We have about 2 months.

I guess it is either Friday the 8th or Saturday the 9th of January 2010 for this meet.

So anyone coming from outside Delhi - please keep yourself in Delhi on Friday & Saturday.

And if we find more people inclined on a Saturday then also it is not a problem.

Let's start getting Venue suggestions from now on - I would think we need at least a 50 head count if not more. I am sure all the NCR guys are in. That would amount to quite a few.

Varun, Suman da, does that mean we are postponing our planned November MEAT? Comeon guys Auto Expo's still 2 months away and we can squeeze in another NCR MEAT in the meantime

Rishi - By all means have a November Meet

And I am sure you will !

This was only started early because a lot of outstation members are expected and since this sort of a meet happens only once in 2 years.

Count me out for the November meet as I am busy this month with a few weddings.

Its grate to meet at grate place with all bhpians at indian auto's grand event.

It will be better if date of meet is confirmed earlier by the end of this month so that the people like me from far away can plan our schedule in advance so that flight and other bookings will be easier for us.
