Place looks perfect for the MEET (MEAT) LBM

I know a caterer in South Delhi, I will inquire about rates etc. What all snacks do we require in veg & non-veg ??

For Veg: French fries, Paneer tikka, Spring rolls... 3 dishes are enough I think ??
For Non-Veg: ???? No Idea Suggestions are welcome

And LBM/Vkochar, although I live 30km away, please let me know how i can help for the arrangements (for eg. i can come by early afternoon on Saturday to oversee anything). What we need now is help for booking genset, caterer etc. and buying beverages. How do you guys propose doing that?

9th I am out have to go to Jaipur to bring my Family back.
Would like to visit expo on 7th, any idea guys for passes or ticket during business hours. As General will be too crowded this time I guess.

I am in 50:50 as Faridabad is around 45 Kms from my place. As for food preference, its non veg.

This is not personal and no offence is meant here but IMHO the above is the worst example that can be set up by any of us as members of Team bhp that is dedicated to all things automotive.

Other commitments, being out of town, last moment developments etc etc are understandable but being 50:50 simply due the distance involved should make us think.

Having said that it does go to your credit for being upfront.
