Guys my house/farmhouse/plot is same as zucherro place will post the pics tomm. It is my empty place hence no electricity connection. What I have seen at last meats at his place he was giving electricity for few bulbs to lit the venue thats all so a small genset would be sufficient for the same. The only problem would be organizing the food and few tent equipment. I cannot manage all the things alone. So would be needing few hands from you guys...

@ LBM - I will be arriving on 8th Evening Friday, Saturday Morning will be visiting the Expo and should be free by afternoon ( lunch time ).

If the meet is happening at your place then I am free to help with anything noon onwards

Your place is in which sector ?

Preparations to be done :
a) Electricity & Sitting Arrangements
b) Food Arrangements
c) Misc. Arrangements

Let's create groups of 2-3 people and divide work accordingly. What say ?? else lets crack a deal at Banquets Hall or a Farm-House..

The latest as of now after my conversation with LBM ( Raghhvinder )

He has a nice place in Faridabad - 20 or 25 minutes from Badarpur Border and is kind enough for us to host a meet there. BUT as his place is vacant there are a few things to be done for us to have a nice time.

We will need a small genset to power a few lights etc and we need a few chairs. Upon 25 or more full & final confirmations we can then start enquiring about a caterer who can come and cook us some nice Tikkas / Kebabs.

This can only be done upon a final yes. No if's & but's or last minute cancellations please.

We have till about mid next week or so for us to make a decision. So please decide fast.

We need a few more helping hands if possible. kpzen ( Prajesh ) - Kindly Confirm

and anyone else from Faridabad or around.

IF some feel that this is not comfortable then in that case Please suggest an alternative venue or place.
