Nice pics there amit.
raj.barcode. The drive meet is definitely on! Things will heat up here when the count-down starts.

Hope the monsoons hold true to toi's prediction. IMD predicted surplus for july as well. There was nothing till konkan was washed in a deluge. It was so slippery that I have a ligament tear. konkan rail suspends services for a week.
Hope we have good rains but not deluges like this. So keenly watching the weather from my window.

Hi folks,
Could you count me in for the kaas trip. If nothing goes wrong between now and then, I will join (+1) for the kaas/thosegar drive from Mumbai. Last Feb took me from 4:00am to 8:30am from home to Satara. With wet roads this will have to be done more carefully. Looking forward to meet you guys.

Flower season is in second half of sept every year.

As flower seasons starts, local newspapers will highlight it with pics.

Sorry guys, Could not post pics as was preparing for the mansoon madness ride in the western ghats. Had a great ride there will post the details in the travelouge.

Request you to come up with suggestions for the menu. Currently the place at Thoseghar is serving a Veg and Non Veg Thali. We could also have the option of asking the hotel guys to prepare a meal of typical Maharashtrian Mutton Sukka, Rassa, Bhakri etc for non veg and Jhunka, Bhakri, Veg kurma etc for veg. This would only be possible if we have a confirmed head count atleast 10 days prior to the decided date of the drive.

Keep the suggestions pouring in guys.
