Hi Guys, I am from Bangalore and work in Chennai. But, will be in Pune on 8th May. Can i join the meet up? Also, I will not have my ride with me then. So, any possibilities?

Absolutely , you are welcome !! You can hook on with anybody coming from the direction you would be putting up in Pune . Luckily we have people coming in from almost all parts of Pune

Attention ; all those who want to join at Mulshi meet , we need to collect the advance amount (to be paid to the hotel office at Pune )

For this purpose we need to meet in two three days . I think Thursday evening will be better for this purpose . So we will be able to pay them by Friday . I had talked to the owners ( Bedi's ) , according to them some 5000 Rs will be a sufficient advance for a group of 15/20 people . My Idea is to collect rs 1000 per car .

Also it will be good to finalise the program when we meet on Thursday

Thursday is OK for me, though it will have to be some time around/ after 8pm (trying to learn to swim!). Considering we have folks working all over town, should we meet at FC road or at Chandni chowk?
I can also meet one of you and hand over the M, in case a common meeting time is not feasible.

Sudarshan sir; how do we pay those guys, will one of us have to travel all the way again or is a bank transfer possible?
