Hey Guys, can you please tell me what type of OBD, i.e is it OBD1,OBD2,some other type, is present in Maruti Wagon R LPG DUO and Maruti Ritz VXI? What kind of OBD connector and software will be required to connect to their ECU?

Ritz petrol has OBD 2 on board, you can try fun2drive application from Google play store. I have Ritz and Bluetooth OBD scanner and the same app.

Where is the update buddy,

We are waiting for the review and link to purchase, pictures if the scanner and location where it is fit in the car.

I have a small problem. Google play store shows that my galaxy pop and 2 other devices are incompatible with this app. What to do now? Where do i install the app from?

Ideally it should work with all Android compatible phones. Any particular reason from GPlay why its not compatible ? Why don't you search in Google and see if they throw back some other download links ?

Sorry for the late reply. I will be checking the app this weekend. Once it is done I will update the status and the scanner pic. As I said it ELM 327 Device. I purchased from one Guy named Aniruddh. You can contact him on 7760099865. He will ship it for you.

I got my ELM327 device which I ordered from Ebay. Here's the link:

When I ordered it was Rs.2149 plus used a random coupon which gave some Rs.128 off. It seems he has decreased the price by Rs.10

They provided a CD with Torque PRO app along with many other softwares. I guess they are supposed to be used when laptop is connected. Installed Torque PRO in my android phone. Interface seems better than fun2drive with lot more features. Will test this app while doing a Pune-Mumbai trip this Tuesday and post the reviews same day itself.

The Torque Pro app can help clear error codes as well. Other adjustments I doubt.

I have bought the ELM 327 OBD 2 Bluetooth scanner tool. Eagerly waiting for its delivery. Bought it for 1500 from ebay.

Will try both the apps - Fun2Drive and Torque.

Had ordered this bluetooth OBD2 reader from DX on March 6 and got it delivered on 15 March. Pretty fast delivery when compared to my previous orders.

Price in INR worked out to 860.

Tried out the same in my ANHC and it worked like a charm. Could see all those parameters for which I could add a graph/dial in Torque (free version). Compared to the Bosch tool, I felt Torque had more options
