Yeah I've got this list of little nick-knacks
1. Rattling of Doors
2. Sweaking of Dashboard
3. A funny noise like something shaking from behind each time I hit bad road
4. Power window left front motor makes a funny noise
5. Art leather clips broken at the bottom(happened once already)
6. Alternator belt needs adjustment
7. Slight loss in pep
8. Oil levels a little low + will get the oil change(feel free to recommend, Sai recommend Servo 150)
9. Got a scratch on the first bumper, kills me that it wasnt by me! So gonna get that done FOC
10. Brakes squeal to a halt
11. Gotta get the whole suspension checked in general.

Lemme know if theres anything else I need done at the 2nd service, should be giving it next week...

zahir i dont think there is anything major there. the rattles sweaking is something that i have accepted as a part of the car. even some desi damping dint work. apart from that change of oil and air filter will bring back power loss you are facing right now.

Yep, totally agreed, hence the word nick-knacks its soo annoying though. Its reached a point where I dont move my car unless the decks on. Dont wanna hear something I wouldn't like hahah

How much has your car done btw? Anything unexpected...?

she is nearing the 19k kms mark. nothing in particular to look out for. regular alignment and oil change at every 5k kms and air filter and balancing at 10k kms.
btw m also getting projectors in the coming week. same combo as yours. 4300k HID + night breaker. dont mind the light yellow light till the time road ahead is illuminated.

Nice dude! You're gonna love the 4300s. Btw, what oil do you recommend? Also, I'm on the K&N filter, I drive in extremely dusty areas so I'm gonna get the filter cleaned.

Hows you're mileage doing? I'm moderately aggressive most times, always between 2-3k rpm, get 14.5 tops. I read about the DDIS giving people close to 20kmpl and I just dont know how they're doing it.... Maybe they avoid the torque band all together.

Hi Zahir!
Congrats on your wonderful vehicle!
I am also driving a Swift ( LXI)......done about 1300 kms.
I am getting 14.5 kms/lit.
Not bad for the run-in period.
Your lights look cool!

zahir i have been red lining her for the last 550 odd kms and still managed to get more than 15kmpl. otherwise get around 19-20kmpl with ac in city. yours will improve over time m sure.

about engine oil, m getting the stock oil as of now. i believe its fine for this motor. havent done much R&D on this front.

Redlining? Wow! WHY? You know its bad for the engine right? Oh ok. Cool. I think I'm gonna stick with the stock servo oil cuz of a lack of a better option. Making a trip next week and hopefully we'll take two cars, can't wait to take her on the highway

love pushing her to the limit. revved her to know the top whack in each gear. otherwise she is very well behaved.

she is fun on the highway. cruising at 130-140 is easy in this car.

yeah I noticed... the ddis loves being pushed. Anyway dropped it off at the service station. Heres my job list

1. Noise from the left back of the car
2. Suspension struts check, might need replacing
3. Undercarriage noise
4. Power windows (left front) motor issue
5. Dash and door tightening
6. Set cover clips broken
7. Gear cover broken
8. Fixing of bumber scratch, only touchup. (was quoted 6000 for a repaint - screw that!)
9. Oil Change (btw, Sai now uses Mobil Delvac, I'm surprised, Delvac is exceptional!)
10. Gear oil and Coolant levels check
11. Alignment, car drifts to the left, as do all ddis cars

Yeah, thats what the manager said, I don't talk to the execs anymore, straight take the manager for a drive and show him, saves my time and temper. A lot of suspension issues, I drive on terrible roads man. 6000 for front bumper. Irony is its 7000 for a new bumber, go figure!

Yep, 1 yr warranty
