I would've gone for E-Pack had my budget allowed.
Its Absolute VFM for the features on offer.

Like you, I have been using pioneer all along as well. (HU, speakers & sub)
This time I wanted to try out something different. I called up a friend (Abhishek). He is TBHP member and ICE expert. He suggested the setup I currently have in my car.
Here is what i have installed:
  1. Kenwood KDC-BT7043U (Bluetooth Enabled, PARROT Bluetooth Kit).
  2. Infinity Front Components.
  3. Blaupunkt 4-Channel Amplifier.
  4. Rear co-axial speakers - Infinity Reference 9633i. (Infinity - Car Audio)
I have not installed sub yet. I am planning to go for JBL or kenwood sub.
I have installed a Blaupunkt amplifier, cause I had that lying with me. I would suggest you go in for JBL amp.
I am very happy with the setup. It sounds much better than pioneer.

Whats the dough like for the set up you have suggested ? can you give me a possible break up?

Can you share your friend's handle on T-bhp, so that I could approach him for any specific queries ?

whichever set of alloys you choose , make sure it is 98 PCD , not worth risking safety just for looks .
