In 2009 we saw just an ugly one!  Kids were playing with some Donkeys  I clicked the donkeys as the only wild life in Hunder   But I was surprised to hear some "glug glug" drinking sound behind me. On turning around what I saw made me shout with joy! continued... |

| Re: HumbLeh'd II (Indo Polish Himalayan Expedition to Ladakh & Himachal Pradesh) Day 16 27th August 2011 Hunder - Turtuk We drove on towards turtuk  We saw a Check post  HVK went inside to be told that the papers have to be shown at the next police checkpost, and this one was army checkpost  Walking is the order of the day  The roads ahead  Who dares wins  We stopped near the Police Checkpost by 13:45hours and there was a small tea shop there. We had momos, thupkas, maggis and Chowmiens here. That was our well deserved lunch. By 14:45 we started our drive towards Turtuk. continued... |

Slowly it picks up a bluish colour, but not for long  Our first bridge in this sector  Largiap Bridge  On the bridge  The bluish tint still remains  The roads ahead  The road forks here to Warish  We continue on towards Turtuk  continued... |
