YetiBlog® - Epilogue

I know it's been almost 2 months since this trip. I started this thread in December 2007, but for certain reasons had to take it off the forum.

I wanted to share it with you, my friends at Team-BHP. It was a difficult decision, as some of this stuff is very private. But I realised that as a story and a travelogue, the only way to complete it was to let you in on some privacy. It takes courage to do that.

Your comments and joy have made me relive the entire trip. You have no idea how happy I am to share this with you.

Thank you for appreciating and taking delight in my travelogue. It is now officially over.

Sam,

I have read and some times re-read each of your travelogues. I didn't know why I loved all of them till I realized that when you write your travelogues, you take us through your emotions in such a way that I as a reader experience them myself.

Thanks so much for sharing. For every vocal fan of your articles, there are probably 100 silent ones who enjoy reading them.

Sam , i know it take a lot to bring out your personal life onto a public forum, nevertheless i think that tbhp is a like a family to you.

your style of narration always has been very good and while i was going thru your thread, my mom happened to see the pictures and she immediately recognised the place as Germany and also ended up releving memories of her trip to Germany.

this thread will remain one of the best for me in this forum.

Mansi

P.s TheOne®is very cute and so are celia and robin

One question, and I probably missed the answer... What is that huge structure in the recent pics of you and the kids?

That was brilliant, just like a movie!

Again, the snaps are awesome. What camera are you using? I'm looking to buy my first and wouldn't mind going for this one.

This structure? From what I was told, these are branches and twigs of some special trees. They have been piled up to create this wall. The medicinal water that comes from from inside the earth is run gently over this wall, causing the twigs and branches to be moist.

It is very good for health to take a walk here and that is what the residents of Bad Nauheim do.
