Yes I also upgraded to 185/70R14 . I chose the energy saver tyres and they really dont show any loss in mileage. As the XM1+ have very low rolling resistance. The grip level is also real good. |

For comfort, go in for the Primacy LC or the C drive. Both will be excellent given your requirements. If not that, then go in for the CPC2. But nothing else. |

Some of the alloys shown in the website are all 5 holes for 5 spoke alloys, but their info page shows they have 4 holes, how is it possible to have 4 holes when each hole is between the 5 spokes? I am not looking for an expensive budget. Need advice from all... |

Go for C-Drive, they are better than A-Drive. Here is the list of tyres, priority wise (mine): 1. Michelin Primacy LC 2. Continental CPC2 3. Yokohama C-Drive 4. Yokohama V550 db Series 5. Yokohama A-Drive HKS, NEO, KONIG, LENSO are some good and affordable brands for alloys. |

The V550 were not available in 195/60/R15. Atleast in Chennai. The list is pretty much what I was looking at. Primacy was priced at 5225 and CPC2 at 5150. The price difference wasn't that significant to miss out on the PLC. Hence downsized from 205/55/R15 PP2 to 195/60/R15 Primacy LC. |

I own Swift ZXi and I am thinking to change the tyres. I need some suggestions from the BHPians. I want to go with the stock tyre size and dont want to experience side wall buldge issues. I should be able to drive anywhere and dont worry about tyes driving thru big potholes, etc. Any advice? Please suggest with the expected price as well. |

Michelin's XM1+ 185/70 R14 - perfect for your ZXi alloys and one of the best performing tyres on road. I have them on my swift. I got them for 3900/- INR per tyre around 2.5 months back in delhi |

Thanks fine! I have heard side wall bulge issues with XM1+ and A drives. I dont want to take a chance. And I know it depends on the driving style as well. I am little careless when it comes to rough/potholed roads and little careless about tyres. I am looking for set of tyres which can sustain the abuse, provide good grip and silent! I dont know if such tyres exist though! :-) Is CPC2 or Turanza are the options I should consider? If yes, which one of them and what are the advantages/disadvantages? |
