Check out the MG Astor with beige interiors

There will be many buyers of the MG Astor who would like a more sedate interior theme than black & red. These buyers will find the black & beige theme a lot more palatable.

MG Motor unveiled the Astor on September 15. A couple of days before that the media had been shown the car. Most of the images that have been put up on the internet have shown the car with black & red interiors. Now, we have received some images of black & beige interiors that are also going to be offered with the car.

The black & red theme gives the interiors of the car a very sporty look. MG has implemented the theme very well indeed. However, it is not to everyone’s liking. There will be many buyers in the market who would like a more sedate interior theme. These buyers will find the black & beige theme a lot more palatable.

Beige has its advantages as an interior colour. To start with, since it is a lighter colour, it makes the interiors look airy and spacious compared to the darker black & red theme. This means one is less likely to get claustrophobic inside the car. Secondly, it gives the car a more luxurious appearance. Thirdly, in a hot country like India, it is likely to absorb less heat and fades less compared to darker shades.
