Maruti Suzuki Invicto MPV launched at Rs 24.79 lakh

The Invicto is a re-badged version of the Innova Hycross. It is available in 7-seater or 8-seater configurations.

Maruti Suzuki has announced the launch of the Invicto. The Toyota Innova Hycross-based MPV is priced at Rs 24.79 lakh (ex-showroom).

While the overall design of the Invicto is similar to the Innova Hycross, Maruti has made a few changes to help differentiate it from the Toyota. The Invicto gets a different hexagonal grille and tweaked LED headlamps. The front bumper has also been redesigned and features a faux skid plate. The Invicto also adopts a different tail lamp design and 17-inch alloy wheels.

Unlike the Innova Hycross, which has a dual-tone interior, the Invicto gets an all-black cabin with Champagne Gold accents. The 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity has been carried over unchanged. The MPV also gets a panoramic sunroof, dual-zone automatic climate control, a 7-inch digital instrument cluster, a 360-degree camera, ambient lighting, a powered tailgate, a powered driver's seat and ventilated seats in the front.

Powering the Invicto is a 2.0-litre, 4-cylinder petrol hybrid that makes 183 BHP and is paired with an e-CVT. Maruti claims a fuel economy of 23.24 km/l. The car can also run in pure electric mode.
