Next-gen BMW X3 to be globally unveiled soon

Prices for the new-gen BMW X3 will be announced during the later stages of 2024.

BMW is working towards the global unveil of its next-generation X3 SUV. The upcoming BMW X3 will be the fourth-generation iteration and is expected to be revealed in the coming weeks.

Ahead of its global unveil, BMW has released the first set of photos, showing the upcoming X3 in camouflage while also hinting at a few changes expected on the mid-size SUV.

As seen from the released images, the upcoming 4th-gen X3 will continue to feature a more conventional-looking design. This includes a wide kidney grille at the front, flanked by sharp LED headlamps at either end. The rear also comes with new LED tail lights and a roof-integrated spoiler. Other details include door handles integrated into the body and a slightly tapered roof-line offering a sportier look.

Inside, the new-gen X3 will get BMW's latest iDrive infotainment system, along with a wide digital instrument cluster. BMW also stated that the new-gen X3 "will offer an expanded selection of systems for automated driving and parking compared to the current model."

While BMW didn't share any details about the upcoming X3's specifications, reports do suggest that the SUV will be offered with a range of IC engine options, hybrid powertrains and even an all-electric version.
