I am a regular visitor of Team BHP from 2011 onwards and with all my heart I proclaim that, this forum has contributed to the way my career and life is shaped.
As GTO said, Team BHP membership has to be earned. My flatmates were amazed to see my celebrations on receiving the registration approval email.

I am really privileged to be a part of this esteemed forum since almost a decade now. The number of people I have earned in my life just because of Team-BHP is simply incredible. The brotherhood is extremely strong and there is no denying the fact that people stand for each other, come whatever may !

I wish the moderators the very best for the journey ahead and thank every member here for their immense contribution and sheer dedication towards the forum.

A very Happy 15th Birthday Team-BHP.
Even though i am not a frequent poster, still the very first thing i do after powering on my Laptop in Office, is to open T-Bhp Page after Gmail. It has become a routine now and just happens automatically.

I have been recognised by total strangers all over India just by posting some threads on TeamBhp. Some have even attributed their multi-lakh purchases just to the threads I have posted. All very humbling.

Think Different #16 - Institution Building & Growth - without Sales, Marketing and Salaries

I have always thought that Team-Bhp is a classic HBR case study because there just is no other institution that has grown and institutionalised without the standard issues of sales, salaries, marketing, employee attrition, recruitment, etc and yet had substantial growth. And most of this is free to the member, casual visitor and every other type of viewer.

Not easy to duplicate either because at the heart of this is passion and that cannot be bought or sold.

With all of this being free including the services of the moderators to maintain quality it just goes to show that business models don't necessarily revolve around money - there's quite a lot of business that can be conducted and generated outside of money - cars being bought on these reviews, service stations being visited because of good reviews, spare part shops getting business etc.

Now just try selling that idea to a businessman.

A well deserved applause for the whole team responsible for nurturing this baby into adulthood ( or shall I call let it enjoy its teens for a bit longer). Proud and honoured to be a part of this journey. Even though work has taken precedence over most things in last couple of years, this forum is one way to get away from all of that. Even if it is for only a few minutes at a time now, those few minutes allow you to just relax, forget whatever work and family commitments you have and just enjoy what you love the most ( just like the SRK speech in Chak De!).

Happy birthday Team-BHP. I am proud of the LTD sticker I have on the bumper. Whenever I feel like breaking any traffic rules or do some rash driving or face some unpleasant experience on the road I constantly remind myself of the Team-BHP sticker at the back and somehow it helps me to calm down.
