Thanks guys. Clever you are just proving the beauty of God's own country all the more ! I am missing Kuttanad landscapes. Desperately wanting to make a trip only for photography :).

My experiment with light continues:
I am not happy with it, posting here for tips to improve. Flash through soft-box.

some macros from around the house. I have always been fascinated with their wing flap pattern but it was too dark to capture that in high speed. Hopefully next time.

Its actually on the left side 2kms away from the last bridge enroute :D, er, kind of.

@Clevermax: Seems like you have good wide angle lense, photos coming out is really amazing. No doubt it requires photography skill as well :) . What lense it is?

And have accidentally clicked all the pics in 1920x1280 resolution. Guess I'll have make another visit soon..

Umm, You wanted the light to be softer? The light is a little harsh IMHO.

Alright guys, I need a big big favor from all of you. I was part of the world wide photo walk that happened on saturday (24th july), more info here

So, here's the thing, I am supposed to be submit one photograph for the competition and I have two which I think are pretty nice. Can't decide between the two, can you guys please tell me which one you like, so that I can submit the one with the most votes? Thanks in advance! :)

Yes, I could have tested a lower powered flash too, need to do that soon.
My vote for the 'Man', hope your walk was enjoyable with 50 people around, or was it more than that ? I was hoping for the waiting list to approve me, but there was no luck !! Next time, please let me know before time, although I am not very keen on walking with a group :)!
