Thank you pawan , the place is Toulouse, france , the bridge over River Garonne called Pont neuf
Halo Ring around sun with a statue from Gopalswamy temple and the plains around the hill range.

He he yeah, that'll be a different story. In my case the story was like someone who got so lost by seeing the beauty that he wants to see the God by looking up into the sky. (ok, in reality that's probably not what Amitoj was doing but in my mind that was the story)
