Exif:

F4.5
ISO 560

The flower is not backlit. The Sun was at 12'o clock.

@gd1418:

Lovely colours. At what focal length were you? I am assuming that this is a crop as the butterfly could have come out sharper than it is with the lens you are carrying.

Gurusahib, thats a rocking image there. Brilliant colors !

It was a beautiful sunrise today, but my image did not come as I expected. Fiddling with the settings, sun was already up and too bright :)

robimahanta,
Thats a beautiful shot, the water trials are so clear as the rest of the photographs.

gd perfect lighting there, its seldom that one would get such lighting for shots in the wild.

robi that's a real nice image. Would I be wrong if I assumed it was your 150-500mm ?

Really amazing shot!

Apart from the question asked on the lens, I would also like to know how close were you to the ground when you clicked this. :)

Thank you rj. I totally agree about the lighting.

Pramod

@robi:Nice picture
@TG: Lovely portraits... lovely model too
@pramod: Second moon picture appears much much sharper than the rest. What's the difference?

Couple of pictures from Kovalam Beach, shot few hours back, using HTC Desire's phone camera. Still waiting for my DSLR battery to arrive :(

I immensely liked the first one. Especially the lighthouse light piercing through the haze. Wow..
