One of my old shots (D90 + 90mm macro) re-edited. It won the macro contest by Discovery Planet Flickr group :), nothing great to write home about, but every appreciation is an inspiration to aim for higher quality and creativity !

The antena and the 2nd row leg does not look good. The out of focus is not nice on these. The head and front part has great details and that why the out of focus quality degrades the overall impact. Is it because of the pic editing or its the same out of camera as well?

@ArunV - that is a very nice capture and composition. this brought back memories, had been to KL back in 2007 for a MVP event. I was using my D50 with kit lens and did not have tripod to start with :( . Hence a slight shake.
