I doubt that, I've been following all the next gen consoles very closely. MicroSoft might comeout with their Next Generation console by fall 2005, but Sony and Nintendo both would probably postpone it till Summer 2006. No point in rushing I believe. There are plenty of awaited games slated for PS2 and GameCube for the coming year. Allthough I think we might see GameBoy Advance2 released in fall this year. But my best bet for accurate info on all the next gen consoles and handheld would be in the E3 2005. Till then amm'a not believe anything.

Guys......PsP just for 16 grands..........i was shocked when i went to check it out...But the pirated cd's havent come yet......!will be soon by early june!

the psp is 10000 without the spiderman movie....
and with the movie its about 13000....
no use buying it though till pirated cds cumm out....
dat too which is only supposed to cum out by the end of this year..

Its the PSX after PS1 and PS2.I dont think Sony has announced the PS3.
Anyways,what do you think is an appropriate price for the PS2 in India???

grey. whats the point of white prices. they wont have mod chips unless u pay 12k per game. ps2 will be for rs 15000 unmodded

Guys, I have been wanting to know how many of u do online gaming on the PS2 ?? If yes, wat connection do u use and is it any fun ? Also where can one get the online adaptor from in India ...

Also is there any kind of adaptor which allows one to connect the PS2 to 2 TVs simultaneously and play the 2 player versiion of the game on them instead of the screen splitting into 2 halves as that reduces the viewing area and loses out on a lot of fun ....

ps2 costs approx 1ok in bombay. add the chip mod for 2k and u have a mean playing machine which can handle any zone dvds game or films.....i have spoken!!

Guys

Bought a PSII for my son on his birthday recently...since I'm not into gaming I'd like some inputs...

I bought games like Brian lara cricket, NFS and GT4 with the console, but these are obviously quite complicated for a 6 year old.

Any ideas on what kids play on PS? THe young man is a bit frustrated with his new toy right now.

Would also appreciate it if PS2 fans here can post a few links to sites that I can bookmark for him on his PC...

loads ther, ebay too is good. and since you travel you should knw ther are stores just for ps2 games. some comp mag do review th games ( yah indian magazines)

Steeroid.

Games in the UK usually have a age rating on the front. Go for ones with a low age rating. They should be easy to play and not too gory/violent.

Thanks...I got the rating with the regular games I got with PS2. No rating for the so called "multi-system"
