Using non-pro Mop P daily for almost 3 years now, and only once I bought official filter. For last 2 years using Reverbo replenishment kit and did not find any significant longevity issue (or any issue) as such compared to official one.

Hey thanks for the reply. I did check Reverbo and any other 3rd party accessories too but unfortunately even they are not available.

I did escalate it to Mi and so far only heard from 1st level of grievance and even they are not aware of when it'll be in stock. The case has now been escalated to head of customer care.

Re: Mi Robot Vacuum-Mop P Review

Hi all:
1. Any reviews for the upgraded model- x10? Seems it comes with a host of new features and stronger vacuum.
2. Any reviews regd the after-sales service? While I find the quality of Mi products to be quite acceptable, their after sales service for the phones was a disaster. For the latter, at least the 3rd party options are now available. Are similar options there for their smart home products?

As you said, quality of MI product is really good. But for easy availability of consumable, I would suggest to stick to MI Robotic vacuum mop S10. This Diwali sale, after all online research and feedback from relatives/friends who use other brands (Ecovac and Eureka Forbes), found this S10 is suitable for daily use. Availability of consumables official and 3rd party, cost etc are favorable than competition.

So I bought one at 13500/- after all discount and cashback in Great Indian Sale. Anyway I am happy with performance of MI Mop P (previous version), used it for almost 3 years - currently working fine back in my home town. Mop P and S10 have exact same dimension and uses same accessories.

Like mobile, after sale service might not be good for this either. If unfortunate, it takes a lot of time dealing with service team and get any issue resolved.

Here you go.

I have bought this, it is not an exact fit but should work. I am not going to buy anymore appliances from Mi because of lack of spare parts. My 10 year old Vaccum from LG still has all major parts available. The two year old 'gadget' from Mi doesn't.

Thanks a ton man! I agree; products from Mi are good but lack of support after is a deal breaker. I even escalated this issue which has now reached Level 3 in grievance, i.e. Office of the President, but even after 3 days, no replies. Such is the affair in Mi India.

Re: Mi Robot Vacuum-Mop P Review

I have noticed that after the recent updates to the MI Home app, the data & house map takes too long to load after opening the app. The time taken has become so much that any operations through the app has become almost impossible. Anyone noticed this in the recent days and discovered any workaround technique?

Mine seems to be working fine. Try to reinstall the app. That might help.

I have Mi Mop-P, purchased in July 2021 (screenshot below), so far happy with its performance, helped a lot during lockdowns, even now we use occasionally for vaccumd and when maid is off. That time flipkart deal gave free MI Smart Speaker work 3999

Where and how to get its original filters? Called customer care and they said technician to visit home then only he will tell what all parts to replace and their costing etc. And visit is chargeable (399+gst). I am not able to understand why filters not available online or their service center?

Mop 2 Pro filter: https://amzn.in/d/62GMuAt
Mop 2i filter: https://amzn.in/d/5VKWJ1C
Above Reverbo links (only filters Rs 299, not whole kit) showing models Mop 2 Pro and Mop 2i. Is this different model then mine? Can I have Mop P filter link please? Thanks in advance.

Overall very frustrating for Xiaomi not easily providing spare parts of such expensive device

Previously you could order original spare and accessories from this site https://miservicemanager.mi.com/publ...ct-consumables

From Amazon, by Reverbo - search accessories for Mi vacuum mop S10. Mop s10 and Mop P are same device with slight updated hardware and software in S10. Otherwise everything is same.

Re: Mi Robot Vacuum-Mop P Review

Yeah, Mi has hit another low by forcing a technician visit to purchase a simple consumable. So, for even things like filters, a technician MUST visit (399+gst) and then he will provide the consumable. Three cheers for them!

Ordered above Reverbo filters for S10 model and its perfect fit for Mop-P model. Thanks a lot.

Maid gone for a week and my MI Mop-P back in action. Mainly doing daily Sweeping (dusting). Today tried Mopping (pocha) and noticed it is not much effective. Spots at many places skipped by mop/pocha. My sweep runs in S pattern and mop+sweep in Y pattern (default setting in app).

Is Y pattern the recommand one for mopping/pocha?
