The Corby Pro suits your bill the best and it's a tried and tested product, go for it ! You can also look for INQ and a HTC Tatoo!
Before you finalize on Corby, give a try to Samsung Galaxy. Its one of mobiles based on Andriod platform.
Belive me the experience is great, also the touch sensitivity is far better compared to Corby, I know they dont advertise it that much compared to Corby.
Additionally, you have Andriod Market where you can view and choose from umpteen number of applications, which is something which Corby will lack - an app store.
Give it a shot

Did consider the galaxy but have heard that it runs version 1.5 and it cant be upgraded to 2.0 and that samsung does not support it. Also Android seems to be in the developmental phase. Ultimately want to go in for an Android Smart phone, the likes of the Motorola CLIQ/HTC hero in a year or so when android achieves a certain stability till then need a stop gap phone.
E63 is the phone made just for you, buddy. It suits all your requirements. Go for it.
If you can up your budget a bit then you can think of E71 and E72.
Otherwise E63 is the one.
thats the galaxy 7500. the new 5700 has been promised support, and 2.1 builds are already available for it :)
Samsung Corby Pro will come well under your budget. It's a good phone with responsive touch UI.
Seems like I will have to take a call between the corby pro, e63 and the galaxy 5700. BTW how is windows mobile 6 as a os ?
Any reviews on windows mobile 7?
At last a worthy and long awaited replacement for my Nokia N82.
Next week, Nokia is to announce their Nokia N87/N8-00 flagship smartphone.
12.3 Megapixel Carl-Zeiss/Tessar Camera
with Xenon Flash for photos,
plus LED flash for video.
micro-SD Card Slot and HDMI port output supporting 1080p!
Can shoot HD video content at 720p straight from the camera.
Full 480*800 AMOLED color display resolution
multitouch screen with gestures.
and a massive 1200 mAH battery.
First mobile to run open source Symbian^3.
@ram... for a phone with a 4inch display, 1200 mah battery is definitely under nourished.
SE Xepria X10 suppose to be announced today. Any news anyone. Heard its launched in USA for $770. Not sure how much they ripp us off here.
Moreover airtel launched iphone 3GS here are the prices.
• iPhone 3G 8 GB (Black) for Rs 29,500
• iPhone 3GS 16 GB (White & Black) for Rs 35,500
• iPhone 3GS 32 GB (White & Black) for Rs 41,500
* The prices may vary in some States due to differential VAT.
Yep 1200 mah wont be sufficient, even LG will offer 1500 mah on its upcoming touch screen dual sim 3 mp phone GX500.BTW why does an Nokia phone takes a while to click a picture.

I have heard this complaint from many people, including some of my near and dear ones.
They squeeze the camera-trigger all the way, in one continuous motion, and wonder why
1) the camera takes so long to take the shot
2) the results are sometimes out of focus.
I have had to educate these people repeatedly.
The response of the trigger button in a a digital camera
does not identically simulate
the response of the shutter release button
in an archaic mechanical film-camera.
One has to initiate the digital contrast-based autofocus system
by depressing the shutter release to the first stop.
After focus confirmation (rectangle turning green and/or audible beep), continue depressing the shutter release to the second stop, to take the shot.
Another thing:
one of my close friends, keeps his smartphone overloaded,
with multiple applications installed
and multiple applications open at a time.
Frequently his memory-card is also packed past 85% capacity.
To top that, the battery-charge indication is also sometimes
showing only one out of five segments on the display.
And then he wonders why, the CPU takes long to click a picture !
Invariably the blame shifts to the operating system or inadequate CPU power or smartphone manufacturer.
Any news on the HTC HD2, there is no stock in any of the mobile shops and they say it will not come any more. Only 3 mobiles were left in Univercell (all branches) and that too sold off and I missed that opportunity. Any problem with the phone or the production is delayed ?
Thank you Ram Sir, that really explained the things.AFA 12 mp phone cam is concerned
Spice launched a budget 12 mp cam phone though quality may not be as sony's and Samsung's but it has 3x Opti zoom and 9x digi, all this at a price of 14K almost half of any other 12mp phone available around...
Spice Mobile
I finally got the nerve to hack my brand new E72 - no, I have already hacked it with HelloOX2 and ROMPatcher+, but this was something else.
I changed the region code from the Indian version's code it came with to the Australian / New Zealand version's code - this is to get the firmware version 23.002, that was not yet released for the Indian version. I used Nemesis Service Suite for this.
All went well, and the new software seems to be doing good as of now. The (irritating) time delay that was there when you choose to create a new SMS message seems to have reduced. And there are two new themes - Purple personal and purple business. The firmware is about ~140 MB ins size though, and was not available OTA. Had to do it via the NSU software, and luckily had a fast (1 Mbps) internet :)
