And what happens is , i get a call from tata motors premium car support asking what do you need. This was instantly after i put my number there.

I was not looking for support. Probably sales is what i needed.

Exactly the same happened with me. Though the only information the caller had was that the car is launching in January 2017.

Ok... So they are responsive as of yet. That's good sign. Let us see if they can maintain this tempo once they start getting more requests for TD, information and so on.

The receptionists are probably instructed to keep mum on all details until the media drive is completed, post which they might provide all/most of the info related to the Hexa, except the pricing.

I registered and got a call back in 14 secs flat. I counted in the PC clock when others mentioned they got the call immediately. for the instance response.

The only inform they have in that the launch will be in Jan 2017. When I thanked and was about the disconnect, the person asked

'Sir, do you need any other information?'

Now why would you ask this if you don't have any info other than the launch info?

Generally, the event goes for a few days and there is an embargo on revealing details until the entire event is wrapped up. Generally, you see bits and pieces of information leaking out, but officially you may not hear much till all reviewers have had their chance.

Saw a spec sheet in twitter, there's mention of only one wheel size - 19 inches. Why is that? Test mules were spotted with 17 inchers as well right? I keep reading 19 inch wheels are uber expensive, if they launch with that wheel size, it may a real dampener for me or they should come with AMC plan covering tires as well
