Same story. Sold our Santro Xing GLS after 13 years for our want for an automatic. It was running excellently well throughout, including when sold. Bought a new Honda Jazz CVT in 2022 - gem of a car. Planning to keep that for at least 15 years if not 20-25.

Voted : Greater than 10 years

My first car - Maruti Alto LX bought in 2004, sold at the 10 year mark in 2014 when I bought my current car for a pretty decent exchange price. Had done approx. 130k Kms till then

My 2nd & current car - Tata Safar Storme VX 4*4 - Again like the Alto, the plan is to keep it for as long as possible. Unless in the coming years the service / parts becomes too cumbersome, plan to keep till the end of life. Has done ~ 86k currently.

Cheers,
Mayank
