Guys,

As i was down with fever and was in a complete bed rest, after some time i really got bored & i was just surfing the Channels.. to my surprise

there was a new channel called Discovery Turbo.

I use Tata Sky and the channel number is 221 and they have close to 16 programs through out the day (repeated telecast).

So Njoy!!

I am not sure if this has been mentioned;
TataSky have sent an alert informing of the new channel and mention that it is EXCLUSIVE to TataSky. (Also exclusive is Discovery Science)

I love this channel. I can seriously tune in any time and be sure that there will be something or the other that I would like to see.

Just a thought: I see a trend where more and more specialized channels are coming up. Catering to specific taste.

ok i was never as happy as today to have a tata sky connection, needless to say am watching the american chopper right now and some good huge tanks

I am not able to find any channel in Reliance Big TV. Is this channel available in BIG TV ? Tried calling customer care, but for 20 mins, all their executives were busy.

Is this channel available on DishTV. We have earlier DishTV setup at our home even after the installation of BigTV. So, if its available on DishTV, I will again start subscription to it.

I was away in Goa for a week long vacation without access to a TV. When I get back home, TATA Sky calls and informs me that my subscription is due and I need to recharge. They also up sell me a COSMO pack (MGM, TCM, etc).

I buy the pack without knowing whats in store. Imagine the surprise and happiness I get after I switch on the TV. Voila!! Discovery Turbo's here.

I am glued to the TV at 8pm to watch 5th Gear. I only hope they start more runs of 5th Gear and cover earlier seasons as well.

PS - Did anyone see 5th Gear last night? I was amazed at seeing the visually impaired guy in the BMW breaking the speed record.
