Guys, spectators need to confirm/ give their names? Or can they just turn up during the event?

I'd like to be a spectator, but cannot confirm as i have to get permission from office. (even for weekends! )

This thread seem to fly like a car on Nos. If I am in town on 7th March, I should be there as a spectator till the time I resist temptation to take my car onto the track.

Me too. So can we confirm as spectators a bit late? I would most probably tag along if someone is coming from Bangalore.

I dont think the middle bench in the Bolero can be removed. Its bolted on if I am not mistaken. That said, I am all game for the ride

I dare say I think it can fit into the vehicle with the hard top on...Mukund's is an open top, but I think the height was not an issue when he trucked his RD. Actually let me call Mukund and ask him if he up for another track day.

Last time around i gave up coming because of riding the twin all the way there and then beating her up on the track. Just dont have the heart to put miles on her.

@RL: I believe you have an MHAWK that can fold its rear seat unlike my Bolero. SO why look outside to truck your bike when you can as well load it in yours.

Should be possible - just give it a try

For the newbies, is it possible to have practise sessions. Though it is pay & practice, i mean a pre-practice, before all the cars are let loose together.

It's getting very exciting and am getting very excited. I may not drive fast but for sure i will drive on the tracks.

I know how you feel buddy. I felt the same last time as it was my first time "on track". You can probably ride shotgun with some of the more experienced drivers to learn the lines. Anyway's you'll have plenty of "room" on track as all cars will not be doing their stuff at the same time. Just watch out for faster cars and make sure you don't block-em.

Or

You can get the "drivers on hire" to chauffeur you around the track too...

What exactly the "hire" part entails? Is it standardized or is there some grading system?

I ain't got no clue.

However the "drivers" are pretty good it seems and are equally good "on" and "off" the track .

Or so I've read.
