One of the best race in a looooong time....Massa trying to complain to Alonso before the award ceremony was so sad! Alonso was clean in his overtaking and had the racing line, infact Massa tried to close the line after Alonso's car was ahead of Massa's
Anway... it was a sweet one for Alonso...

It was not that.Massa said in the press conference that Alonso accused him of trying to ram him on purpose during the overtaking move. That is too bad because it was a racing incident whichever way you look at it.Infact Massa was too lame there,if it was Michael,Alonso would have been on the grass.

Being a ferrari fan myself, all I can say that Massa was not able to match Alonso in any kind. The only way he had was to block him and Alonso for sure did take the chance. Though I did not check out the press conference stuff, I think there was nothing to complain. A very intersting/exciting race after a long time.

PS: I wish Kimi was there, would have made the race more interesting

Being a Mclaren fan iam a little happy Lewis didnt finish in the top 8.Why? cause my favourite driver alonso gets to close the gap by a FULL 10 points...TRIPLE WORLD CHAMPION hopes stilll alive.....

Awesome race though...Lewis's better luck next time.Raikko THE BAD LUCK MAN....cant say much about him..but he doesnt fail to dissappoint..be it the cars fault or his...good work kimi.Massa's car looked really strong most of the race..had it not rained this victory would have been his.Real good to see another driver apart from the usual on the podium.
Alonso... well he is KING.

In normal race conditions the Ferrari is a faster car, especially on the soft tyres.

It seems that ferrari has special classes every week for their drivers -- How to be a Sore loser ?? Either start abusing .. or ram others of the track .. park in the middle of the track .. etc etc , and MS as their teacher !! Alonso is a sore loser ... but today for a change I was hoping he wud turn around and give Massa one tight japaat -- !!

A clean overtake .. massa had lost it at the exit of the earlier turn under pressure !!! And it was when Alonso had gone ahead ... MS screamed into the team radio -- SWING LEFT and like a robot he did it and like some MS fan pointed out , if MS was there Alonso wud have been on the grass ( just supports that MS is a known loser even to his fans ) !!!

Kimi unlucky as usual .. nothing surprising !!
Alonso .. Man of the day -- snatched it from under their noses just when they thought they had it in the bag . hahahahaha
Hamilton .. ends his streak at the podium , he will still win the CS !!!

Rain @@@@ The best player in todays proceedings ... knows how to liven up things !! Makes one come back to the F1 in the rain -- huge sprinklers coming on and off ;-)

Cheers

Yup, I agree.. I posted my comment before the interview...
Massa didn't have what it takes to hold Alonso back. Infact, I think Lewis would've held off that kinda pressure very well.

Kimi.... well what can you say! Maybe Ferrari should check his horoscope from one of our astrologers and see if the planets are in the right place for him Might have got the infamous 7 1/2 year Shani curse!

Stands Intersting. With still 7 more races to go, F1 is still alive and kicking. Would be an exciting 2007, I still feel Kimi has a chance

Yes Massa was struggling in the wet and Alonso would have had him sooner or later.Massa was particulary struggling in the 1st sector.

Here is the link to what Massa had to say about the incident.

wow...great racing alright! It is this sort of race that make the sport exciting and unpredictable. Alonso did what he does best. Hang in there and pounce when the opportunity arises. And, lets not forget what a splendid race Redbull had...almost as if DC, Webber and the team were pumped full of the energy drink with the same name!!

Massa has to learn. Unlike Schumy Jr, who called his run-in with Heidfeld a racing incident, Massa went overboard with the finger pointing. Alonso just handed him a lesson in mixing aggression with defense.

I normally watch the beginning and then the end but today was exciting to say the least.

Poor Kimi gets the wrong end of the stick in the reliability stakes.

Lewis had everything going against him. Felt sorry for him but in a way, it was good for him as he might expect too much on a silver platter too soon - so at leat he got a reality check

Massa and Alonso drove well but Massa was flagging at the end IMHO.

A proper race this time around
