Latheesh, The i20 pics I posted was art leather done by Karlsson for around 7900 rs if I remember. Those are factory fit not slip on seat covers and worth the few hundred rupees extra.

I spoke to Karlsson, he is quoting 7900+Tax only for the seat covers
1800 for leather steering wheel cover. Door panel will be extra

Can we get beige interiors done for a car. I have grey interiors in my zen.
My wife is torturing me to find out from T-bhp, the only other that competes for time with me.

I checked with Orchis Design and was given the following quote:

Material = Regzine (?)
Seats = 8,870/-
Door Trims = 1,000/-

Material = PU
Seats = 10,950/-
DT = 1,000/-

Material = Italian Leather
Seats = 25,575/-
DT = 2,500/-

The guys said there are covers available starting from 3K in the market, but he is confident about his quality for this price. Also, the first two also comes with 1 year warranty and guarantee

Are there other places anyone from Mumbai can refer to?

Now my Spark is arriving this weekend
Seat cover (Art leather) + Steering cover (real leather) from Karlsson will cost ~ 10K. Quality of work seems to be good.

Do you suggest any other place in Bangalore who does good work @ cheaper price?

You need to go to JC road and get some cheap covers done or any accessory shop but mostly sell crap material and poor finish but if price is that important to you then you have no choice. I think Karlsson has given you a reasonable quote for all inclusive for OE fit and a hand stitched leather steering. In fact if you to go to stanley you will pay 12 K plus for OE fit art leather seats alone!

Yeah thats what I remember he charged my friend as well. There is no door panel on the i20 anyway. And these are OE fit seat covers not the slip on over the standard seat type. Those slip on seat covers in PVC are horrible and behave erratically after a few months.

Yeah they are probably giving away some covers free too !

Listen guys the seats are where you spend your maximum time in your car. So pay attention and invest in some good quality material and finish. The cheapest stuff is not what is appropriate for seats. For cheap stuff guarantees and warrantees dont mean a damn thing in reality.

Yeah I am sure you can get beige interiors done for your car from anywhere. What seems to be the problem???
