After 5500rpm all hell breaks loose. I'm guessing the turbo kicks in around there and then the Vtec kicks in. Since the car redlines at 9300rpm, the real performance is from 5500rpm to 9300rpm. This shows on the graph with the sudden steep curve adding another 200bhp from 5500rpm to 8300rpm.
Very well Put up viddy.

Entire chassis has been beefed up & installed with custom 6061 T6 Billet Aluminum Engine Mounts with Polyurethane rubber.

Have a read at viddy's post he has explained it wonderfully. it runs as N.A with bit more grunt.

There's no wheel Hop the mounts take care of it, the only thing i need now is some good suspension setup.

Nooo.i am running my car in part throttle closed loop operations & i get FE of a stock Vtec, The car was designed to be a drag car with street friendly & the maximum boost which i will run will be tuned on 97 octane fuel which is available in mumbai, I am doing some small changes in setup & tune by which i will get more power from same boost at 17 psi but by using 93 octane fuel.there will be only 1 separate map for Drag purpose running 22 psi on 97 octane fuel.
i want to make the power with the indian fuel which is available at local pump not on race gas & all that without compromising on reliability.

It gives me lot of flexibility too, in city stop & go traffic & crusing, the engine RPM is usually <5000 rpm so it runs as N.A & at 5000 rpm it is making 130 whp with lot of low end grunt. the boost builds after 5000 rpm. so its easy on driving.

I can drive down to banglore do a 1/4 mile run & come back to mumbai, the only hitch is the fuel should not be adulterated on the way during refill.

Very nice!

Can you share some more details on the car, both stock and upgraded?
Simple stuff like displacement, stock compression and maybe even post up the AFR?

I assume you went with forged internals, and perhaps a fullt built motor?
Are you using a wideband to tune, and what are you using for engine management?

Sooo.. any plans for say a 100 shot in there?

WOW!!
This is just like a car I would like to own.
It looks simple, can be daily-driven anywhere and when you feel to go fast you have the power too. Great work.

Like Jitu said earlier, it's because the Dyno was only recording figures till 8250 rpm. Once it's been upscaled to record figures till 9500 rpm, it'll show more power.

As the second person to drive it after Jitu, I can tell you, when boost hits at 5500 rpm (regardless of the gear you are in) you just hold on for dear life! And pray that the empty stretch of road you're on, remains empty!

Not too bad, apart from the heavy clutch (stage 4) you can potter around in it without an issue. The loud exhaust might be a worry for some people though.

Bingo Viddy! That's a good description of what the driving experience is like! I wonder how you got this description????

So what will 400 bhp at the wheels be Dan?

Actually, I have a couple of videos showing what the driving experience is like which were taken when me & Iceman91 had driven the car in Bombay. At that time I believe she was only running around 10 psi!

Unfortunately, the language in those videos is not really appropriate for this forum (As you can expect with me in the car!) so if anyone wants to see them PM me & I'll upload them to youtube.

It's a commonly used term when one car has an engine which was never offered in it. In other words, an engine from the Civic being plonked into the City is referred to as a Hybrid or a Hybrid Swap to be specific.
