The NV 4-stroke is already on sale in NCR & I have seen quite a few in the past months. Few days back I read a news article (or probably an print advertisement) that Select 4- stroke is also available in NCR.

LML's always had better fit & finish than the Bajaj's & with no other 4 stroke geared market available, I reckon they have fair chance of survival. I have also heard about other plans for new models by the company.

This is the scooter I've restored myself for my uncle (mama), this scooter has a good long love story. This was brought in 90's when he got married, this was his first scooter and was bound to do some pleasure trips with (Maami) hence has a special place in his heart and the best part is maami wanted me to restore for him.

This fella was standing under the stair case catching just dust but no rust for couple of years with no idea as to what would be her future, one day when I expressed my desire of having it my uncle gave it without any hesitation and asked me to restore it.

There were couple of parts missing which were collected and still there are couple of things due on the scooter which will be done this week or next, please don't be confused as to what is this STAR EXPRESS as this scooter is not from EXPRESS series, they are 5 port scooters so called as EXPRESS.

PIAGGIO sticker was to be put where express sticker is but there was only one in the entire HYD markets and that too was in a very bad state, glue no more sticking, trace paper above is stuck badly to the sticker, hence this sticker, even this is not clear as the trace paper above is stuck to the gold leaves (you can imagine the fate of a 10yr old sticker kept in a book) and I feel it's looking good.

Wanted to post the complete finished product but unable to resist and wanted to share it with you all, at least discussion can take place.

It has been my endevour to collect every Vespa / LML model in India since they were lauched post independance.Im happy to say that i already have 6 in my collection and its time to add the LML Supremo...7th one in line.
Currently stationed in Paris,the buying bug couldnt stop me from 6000kms odd,when my mechanic called and said that a pristine LML Adreno reached our Radar.
With out batting an eye lid,i went ahead and gave my GO AHEAD and today evening the Supremo reached my place.
The restoration will begin as soon as I reach back to India next week.

I went on a spree to collect LML monograms today,as i needed for my Supremo.
Kavery Autoparts luckily stocked a good collection of monograms.
Can anyone post the company fitted rear view mirrors that came for Supremo?

I have sold my 2008 Bullet which was my daily runner and am eagerly waiting to buy top end LML NV 4stroke/2stroke LS version once it hits the Hyderabad market and that will be my day to have one scooter for me, brand new.

I heard him saying this Ram sir, but not sure when is he starting it, very eager on that.

How are the options feasible of buying a automobile from a different state and getting them registered in another state, like this LML from Goa and registering in A.P.

I remember dad used to tell me he brought VESPA 150, AAX 1204 from a different state, prev reg number was MHZ XXXX I am not sure but mom says it was brand new then.

It is very easy. Purchase brand new LML in Goa with temporary registration and transport it to Hyderabad where you can register it in your name with paying registration fee,full insurance,tax etc., M/s.Thakur auto garage will assist you in this regard. They have already sold couple of scooters to Hubli, Belgaum and Dharawad.

Thanks B.R.S.Rao ji for this information, I sure will do that in case there is a long wait or delay in a showroom coming in town. Thanks for your post you have made me a happy man, I am from them who want scooter to be back on roads, India needs the common mans family car "the scooter" back to rule the roads.

If LML Scooters are available in NCR, I am interested in buying one but how to find a dealer in Ghaziabad/Noida or Delhi. LML don't have an website :(
