Till then may be you can check the settings for it.

Once activated it will reset the Fuel efficiency on MID for each trip.
Trip wise F.E figures can also be checked on Adrenox app.

Please share the details once you have it. I'm having a hard time finding that in the app. I know about the setting to reset the FE figures every time we start the vehicle

Hi, I do see everything except the FE figure in the trip report from Adrenox app. (Time, speed, distance, end points, alerts)

Ohh, not sure why...

By any chance are you using an I-phone ?
just wanted to check if its an OS issue.

Yes I am using an iPhone. Are you using Android while you are able to see the FE detail?

Re: Mahindra Scorpio-N Review

Hello fellow Bhpians, encountered a tyre burst recently(front right) and after getting a new tyre, now I’m confused between replacing just the front right one and using the old one on left
Or replacing the front left one as well with the stepney tyre which has never been used, so as to ensure both front tyres are almost equal in tread depth, the car has done 17000 kms
A mechanic suggested using the stepney on front right and keeping the new tyre as spare as spare wheel is getting just old without any use, the tyres. I have are bridgestone ecopia units 17”
Any suggestions regarding which way should I go?

Yes, i am a android user and can see f.e figures on app.

B.t.w there is an option to check the trip summary even on the main infotainment unit of the scorpio-n.
I guess it stores only 8-10 past trip details, i get almost similar information as I get on the adrenox app including f.e.

I think Fuel Economy details on Adrenox are available for Manual Transmission versions only.

Re: Mahindra Scorpio-N Review

Hi fellow bhpians. Posting this just for all MT Scorpio-N owners who are looking for a tyre upgrade to AT. Yokohama has launched geolander g015 in 245/65/r17 size last month. Stocks to be available by end of April (in Kolkata). I personally did not want to upgrade to 265/65/17. Other option was 255/60/18.

This my friend is a wonderful news. I was dreading the alloys costs plus upsized tyres cost since no AT was available in stock 17 inch size. Kudos to Yokohama!

Re: Mahindra Scorpio-N Review

May I please suggest that my Scorpio N (AT) has had significant skidding and over-torque skid (not valid, but feel me here) that my Thars (old and new, MT) never had.

245 tyres are a bit skinny unless you're on the de-tuned engine.

P.S. -> Not a tyre expert, but I do run a tyre business

Agree that 245 look under tyred. But the question is, on stock steel rims, is 265/65 R17 a suitable upsize? Considering the fact that on tyre upsize calculator if one does upsize from 245/65 R17 to 265/65R17 then the deviation comes to about 3.45% and if you consider stock size 255/60 R18 to 265/65 R17 then the deviation comes to about 1.7% .
Plus had seen a case as well, where the 265/65 R17 tyre was rubbing against the side wall on full left turn.

So what do you suggest? I won't be putting alloys atleast for this time.

I'll quote your entire message since there's really nothing to clip.

https://shop.apollotyres.com/apterra...-112-65-r17-tl

https://shop.apollotyres.com/apterra...-110-60-r17-tl

You can try either of these. Worst case, if you'd like, with the 265, you can get a slim hub centric spacer. 25mm, perhaps, though I definitely know that 32mm is widely available.

Now considering I have 265/60R18 which is 1mm dia smaller than the 265/65R17, and there is no rubbing at full steering lock unless you go do some offroading. That Anshuman has shown to be an issue even with the stock 255/60R18 in the rear wheel well. I do not know if the fender liner has seen any revisions since the first batch of vehicles came out. Spending minimum time at full lock will not really be cause for concern.

Stick with the 17s if you don't mind the body roll. With these AT tyres, you'll get stiffer sidewall. More ply to the tyre. Fewer punctures and they'll look fabulous on steelies. I had a terrible time with Apollo HP (what comes with the 7OO) on my old Thar. Punctures wherever I went. These AT2s? Not one so far in 30k on the scorpio N. Rural rajasthan, where they have those terrible thorn bushes.

To answer your last question - they'll fit on steelies. My 5th tyre is on a steel wheel. The 4x4 Z8/8s versions get a full 18 inch spare steel wheel. Your variant may be different.
