Wow!! Dhabhar sir, you here? really nice I feel proud you appreciating my work. I will sure try it out. How about the colour? it is not white. Actually I am trying old mahindra indicator and wanted to paste/or paint red on the bottom from inside. I will also be searching for an original. The other GTS has a piece of cover stuck to it and its written HELLA, Wow! my favourite brand in lamps .

Hey guys,

I've booked a Rajdoot 1969 pre Bobby model. It's 175 cc, made in Poland (probably assembled in India) and looks awesome. It apparently shares a lot of engine parts with the Bobby model. But the entire chassis and body design is radically different, having 19 inch rims and a round tank and headlight, and a taillight slightly resembling that of a vespa.

Does anyone own this model? I'm expecting to have difficulty wth some of the monograms (though it shares some Bobby monograms as well) as well as the tank rubber pads.

So anyone having this model do contact me pls!!!

Thanks!
Cheers

Hey Manish, thanks for the link, but unfortunately my bike is not the model in the pics there.. It's a full sized bike with the same bobby engine.

A am attaching pics for you to check out.

Ring any bells?

Congrats on acquiring a future classic. You will still see a few of these (and a LOT of the later ones) running around in Ahmednagar/Aurangabad/Jalna. Try hunting there for spares.

Finally my Rajdoot GTS is trucked to Chennai from my hometown. You know what my explorer and it's assistant trailer took all the pain to bring the cutie little boy to Chennai. Here are the pictures that are showing the transport time of Rajdoot GTS today

Wow little fellow looks cute. Hey I see the number plate seems to be fitted reverse the wider side should come on the bottom. I guess you must be aware of it, however it looks cute. Was this bike restore in your home town. We request a complete photo shoot of your GTS.

Your jeep trailer looks awesome to me honestly this is the first time I am seeing a trailer with all the mechanism, hand brake etc. can you PM me its details if possible and kind the pic of trailer along with your explorer (by the way what is Explorer).

Thanks for the comments.

Yes, I'm aware of the number plate issue. It was fixed like this by the mechanic, I got this plate fabricated however while sticker work done, he got it reversed.

This bike is currently in Chennai and I can make any number of pictures with it, the painting didn't come up well and there few minor pending tasks too.

Regarding the trailer, this one was taken from Army action and complete details of my trailer restoration could be accessed from this thread here:

Hi,
yes it is. I had actually ordered it when I posted the pics, but it just arrived today.
I think I'll open a new thread, so that if anyone else has this model, we can co-operate more easily without disturbing the bobby lovers!
Cheers
