After much deliberation by Sam and yours truly we have come to an understanding. Land Rovers will be called Landys, Landmasters will be called Landos. Yuck.

Simply outstanding!

I cant get over the blemish free brightwork! Is all the chrome original? How come the wheel trims are missing, and what has the extra Ambassador ignition/light switch been added for? Hunt around for an original bench seat, petrol cap and rear view mirror, they shouldnt be too hard to find.

My humble opinion, but lose the tacky GB badge at the rear. If you must, get one embossed in the original colour scheme and font (black letters on a white background)

I was about to say the same thing. Though 2 tone colours were not offered on the Landmaster, an ivory top would look more period than the current shade.

Interestingly Pune had a car in a reverse colour scheme. It has since been through a fantastic repaint, though colours not to my taste

It's supposed to be: "Documents RTO mein hai, Sardar!" not Thakur Kaalu!!
