This is a Splitscreen VW Microbus which used to be an Ambulance. She was misused at a party in Pune, a bar was set up inside. Lovely chilled nectar was flowing. The bar counter was put up in place of the stretcher.

As we continue to go off topic, here is a most endearing specimen of a survivor on Bombays mean streets. 95% m-seal, 5% sheetmetal.

This Ambulance requires a mercy killing. And you hardly see them anymore. The doors were always falling off, the panels always fit badly. Actually, shame on the manufacturer for such poor quality.

if anyone is interested , one scrap shop here has a BOSCH black coil(6 volt) Made in Germany with yellow period sticker.asking price is Rs.600/-

i,m in the process of restoring 2 vw campers.can any member give me the
contact number of premanand,s workshop in goa or any other source from
where i can get vw spares.my main need is suspension and steering parts.

hi mr. aulakh do let me know what all parts you nead for a camper i can get you all suspension parts and sterring parts,i have some of them in my cupboard (new german)

There was one more 15 window other then the one above in Goa. Havent seen it for a long time now. Maybe gone out of Goa. Sorry, no pics. It wasnt Goa registered if i remember.
