Cool restoration. Which tyres have you got on the car? Are they new? If yes where did you source them from?

Thanks. The tires are Dunlop narrow white walls. They are not new. They were bought by my dad and were unused for around 4-5 years. Really don't know where he bought them from. I think it is difficult to get them now...

Difficult, they are next to impossible to get nowadays, that too a thin white wall. forget whitewall even the stock tyres for Fiat/PP aren't easily available.
I am looking for a set of 5 for my S1 for quite some time.

Hi car love. That's a neat Padmini you've got !! The body looks immaculate, and the car has a real nice look about it. Keep her well, and happy motoring !

I thought you restored your car, as you were retaining all the original parts. Any way if you put pictures it would be nice, I doubt any one will like to have a body? but you never know. But many eould be interested in the original stuff that you have and willing to sale.

Can knowledgable fiat guys clarify whether external metal sun visor for super select and padmini is same. If not what are the differences.

Hello Sir,

I hope you mean the sunshade. If so, then a Sunshade for FIAT fits both Super Select and Padmini. You bought a sunshade?

I doubt they are both the same. The Superselect's would be a tad smaller, the car having a narrower front windscreen than the padmini.
But the experts could confirm?

re: Fiat 1100 Club - Bangalore [FCB]

Hello FIATians!!!

Two of the Founders of FCB got married and the honeymoon period along with work schedules delayed the meet.

FCB is now back with a bang and promise for even more regular meets, say 4 meets a year and countless mini meets!!

It's raining heavily and yeah, time for the FCB Monsoon Meet!! Yahoooo!

Here are the details of the MONSOON MEET!!!!

Date : 05th Aug 2012
Time : 09:30hrs
Venue : Cubbon Park

All are welcome along with their families.

Sorry for the late reply as i was bit busy. Yes I meant the sunshade. I bought one, but not sure whether it was padmini's or superselect's and i felt it was a bit wider for my superselect when i just held it near the windscreen. I want to know whether it would fit properly on my car.
Thank you
